Refund policy

We accept returns for most items up to 30 days after receipt of your package.

To be returned, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Mystery, discounted, and personalized items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us at hello@studiox47.com. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for wearable items so long as the item is unwashed and has its original tag. We will provide a return shipping label for the purpose of an exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. The bank or credit company may take up to 10 days to process the return. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@studiox47.com.
