By making a purchase in our store, you accept our Terms of Sale.

 

I. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Digital copies may only be refunded until made accessible. Instantly available digital downloads are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer wishes to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please mark internationally returned packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to prevent customs fees; we are not responsible for customs fees, and they will be deducted from the return if they occur.

Custom items and items sold AS-IS, such as any product advertised as defective or misprinted, are non-refundable.

For a product to be refunded, it must be returned to us in its original packaging and unused condition. A refund will be issued via the original payment method only after the product is received and determined to be free of damages.


II. SHIPPING

STUDIOx47 ships from the United States. Tracking numbers will be provided via the customer’s e-mail provided at check-out when their order is shipped. We are not responsible for customs fees for international orders. We cannot undervalue orders or mark orders as gifts.

Items will be packaged in a manner appropriate to prevent damage during transit. Stickers, prints, and other paper goods will be shipped in protective sleeves with cardboard backing to prevent bending.

Customers with specific shipping needs (i.e., extra padding, waterproof packaging) should inform the Studio at the time of their order. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we can only do so if you let us know right away!


III. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Orders which include pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are available.



IV. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR STOLEN PRODUCTS

If a product is damaged or missing due to negligence in packaging, please immediately take photos of the damaged item and e-mail us at hello@studiox47.com. We are not liable for damages that occur to products after they have been removed from their packaging unless special circumstances apply, 

Because we are providing tracking numbers, we are not liable for stolen packages.

 

V. REPLACEMENTS

Replacements in the event of damaged or lost products due to Studio or postal office negligence will be provided so long as inventory availability allows. In the event availability does not allow a direct replacement, we will work with the customer to find the next best possible solution.
