Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as pre-order or custom order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
PRE-ORDER
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment in full; at times, we may may offer no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at the time the order is fulfilled.
Pre-Order items which have not yet been fulfilled may be cancelled. If an items has been fulfilled, returns and refunds may be requested as per the normal Refund & Return policy.
CUSTOM ORDER
When you purchase a custom order, not including items marked made-to-order, a deposit will be taken at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment information will be stored and charged when the item ships. Custom orders may be cancelled at any time before the customer is notified of shipment; however, deposits which at minimum cover the cost of materials are non-refundable. Cancelled custom orders may be listed on the store.
